Chinese Liquor Company Deploys HKD$500M RWA Tokenization on BNB Chain

China Qidian Guofeng Holdings deployed a 500 million Hong Kong dollar RWA tokenization of liquor assets and shares on BNB Chain's ADG platform.

China Qidian Guofeng Holdings Ltd (HKG: 1280) announced the successful deployment of its real world asset tokenization program on BNB Chain, with an authorized shareholder purchasing the company's raw baijiu liquor to back digital tokens worth 500 million Hong Kong dollars ($64 million USD). The tokenization has been deployed on ADG, a decentralized RWA issuance and management platform specifically built on BNB Chain.

The Hong Kong-listed company's board of directors confirmed that one shareholder has been authorized to purchase the firm's raw baijiu liquor inventory, with both the liquor assets and the shareholder's equity stake serving as underlying collateral for the RWA product deployment. The initial deployment phase targets 100 million Hong Kong dollars ($12.8 million USD) in tokenized assets, representing the first tranche of the larger 500 million Hong Kong dollar program.

ADG platform serves as the technical infrastructure for this major deployment on BNB Chain. The platform specializes in decentralized issuance and management of real world asset tokens, utilizing BNB Chain's high-speed transaction processing and cost-effective operations to facilitate large-scale asset digitization deployments across multiple industries.
