Hong Kong's Fosun Wealth Launches $328 Million Tokenized Shares of Sisram Medical on Solana

Fosun Wealth Holdings has tokenized $328 million worth of Sisram Medical shares using Vaulta’s Banking OS and Solana blockchain, marking its first equity project under a broader tokenization strategy.

Hong Kong-based Fosun Wealth Holdings has taken a new step in financial innovation by completing the tokenization of shares in Sisram Medical (HKG: 1696), an Israeli medical technology company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The tokenized shares, representing around $328 million in market value, were issued through Vaulta’s “Banking OS” platform and integrated with the Solana blockchain for issuance and settlement, alongside support for Ethereum and Sonic.

Sisram Medical marks the first equity project under Fosun’s broader tokenization strategy. By leveraging Vaulta’s infrastructure and Solana’s scalability, the initiative aims to deliver greater efficiency, transparency, and inclusivity for investors looking to access the company’s portfolio through blockchain-based assets.

“The tokenization of Fosun’s listed companies reflects our commitment to financial innovation and digital transformation,” a Fosun spokesperson stated. “Through Vaulta and Solana, we can expand access to our portfolio while offering investors new levels of transparency and efficiency.”

While Sisram is the first to be included, Fosun has signaled plans to tokenize additional corporate bonds and shares in the future. However, details regarding which companies will follow and the expected timeline have not yet been disclosed.
