By JuneJul 10, 2025

Emirates Airlines has signed an MoU with Crypto.com to integrate cryptocurrency payments and launch joint marketing efforts, with implementation expected next year. The partnership supports Dubai’s vision as a global crypto hub and aims to meet the growing demand for digital payment solutions among tech-savvy travelers.

On July 9, Emirates Airlines, the largest airline in the Middle East, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Crypto.com to explore the integration of Crypto.com Pay into its payment systems. The partnership also includes joint marketing initiatives designed to raise awareness and drive adoption of digital payment solutions. Implementation is planned for next year, marking a significant step in Emirates’ digital transformation efforts.

This initiative reflects Dubai’s ambition to position itself as a global hub for cryptocurrency, backed by a strong digital infrastructure and progressive regulations that foster innovation while ensuring investor protection and financial stability. The collaboration also demonstrates Emirates’ commitment to meeting evolving customer expectations, particularly among younger, tech-savvy travelers who increasingly favor digital assets.
